CUORE DI PUGLIA has been established in 2015, to an idea of Massimo di Bisceglie. “We want to bring our fantastic diary products to an European region where they are had to get.”
So said and done that way, Massimo prepared his new shop, with insight for the customers in the production area, in de central located street Gouvernementstraat 30 b in Ghent, beautifull city of Flanders. It’s only up to you now, to do a few steps and find us. We are expecting you with all our delights!!!
Cuore di Puglia only works with the best milk: fresh cheeses, mozzarella fiordilatte, ricotta, burrata, cacciocavallo, straciatella and specialities based on stuffed sheets of mozzarella. All our products are typical for the Puglia region. Our cheese makers prepare on daily basis these delights who carry the scent and taste of fresh grass from the pastures and freshly milked milk.
In our shop you can find allso other Italian specialities: from pastas to wines, coffees to extra virgin olive oil and numerous other products.
